At the top of the homepage, go to the Providers tab, then Check Claim.

How can I get a copy of my ID cards?

Download our app to find a copy of your ID cards. You can also call us directly at 866-291-9449, email your request to service@makinabenefits.com, or chat with our team through our website, during the hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST.

How do I add/remove someone from my insurance?

You will need to fill out a change form. Call us directly at 866-291-9449 or you can email your request to service@makinabenefits.com.

Yes, we partner with 98point6, an on-demand, text-based technology for non-emergency, minor health issues.
